our firm and then back to you.
You’ll have your liquid systems back in service and generating revenue in no time and you won’t be charged for
inbound or outbound shipping.

~ We’ll arrange for immediate pick-up anywhere in the U.S. either by UPS or a freight carrier.
~ The Cryotec™ technicians will diagnose the problems and provide you with a detailed cost estimate.
Upon your approval we’ll make your systems patient ready.
~ We’ll ship your liquid systems back to you and pay the return freight. You are billed only for
the repairs.
~ Should you elect not to have your liquid systems repaired, Cryotec™ will even offer to purchase them in as is
condition.

Fine Print:
This program applies to liquid oxygen systems which are complete (dewar and plumbing) and are to be made patient ready. It only applies to current, widely used liquid systems, specifically equipment manufactured by Puritan-Bennett (Helios or Companion) or Caire (PB compatible Generation 3 or Spirit). While Cryotec intends to make purchase offers on equipment which clients do not wish to repair, we reserve the right to not make an offer for systems which are in extremely poor condition, obsolete, cannibalized, unrepairable or unmarketable. If a client decides not to repair a unit, and Cryotec cannot purchase the unit (either the client or Cryotec declines) and the client wants the equipment returned, then the client will be invoiced for the return shipping costs (but not the inbound shipping costs). |
