Patient Ready Repair Procedure:

When a system arrives for repair, we perform a thorough diagnostic of the plumbing components and container integrity . Once the problem is identified, we implement the following procedures only upon customer approval of the repair estimate.

Mass Spectrometry and Re-Evacuation of Container:

Containers are helium mass spec leak checked to ensure that there are no internal leaks.
The container is then re-evacuated for 48 hours to achieve a vacuum level far exceeding the industry standard.
Following re-evacuation, all containers are NER (Normal Evaporation Rate) tested using LOX to verify maximum vacuum level has been reached.
All stationary containers receive a like-new finish using our proprietary polishing method.

System Plumbing Component Repair:

Plumbing components, tubing and/or fitting are replaced with new parts per the initial diagnostic findings. Defective parts are never rebuilt or repaired.
A full functional test of the complete system is performed once again to verify it is operating within manufacturer specification.
The system is given one final cleaning to prepare it for shipment back to our customer.

If we find an inner container leak or the need to replace a part that was not found to be defective upon the initial estimate, we will always contact the client for further approval.
