Call us today for a breakdown of charges.

Mass Spectrometry and Re-Evacuation of Container:

  • Containers are helium mass spec leak checked to ensure that there are no internal leaks.

  • The container is then re-evacuated for 48 hours to achieve a vacuum level far exceeding the industry standard.

  • Following re-evacuation, all containers are NER (Normal Evaporation Rate) tested using LOX to verify maximum vacuum level has been reached.

  • All stationary containers receive a like-new finish using our proprietary polishing method.
System Plumbing Component Repair:

  • Plumbing components, tubing and/or fitting are replaced with new parts per the initial diagnostic findings.  Defective parts are never rebuilt or repaired.

  • A full functional test of the complete system is performed once again to verify it is operating within manufacturer specification.

  • The system is given one final cleaning to prepare it for shipment back to our customer.

If we find an inner container leak or the need to replace a part that was not found to be defective upon the initial estimate, we will always contact the client for further approval.
